Matt et al - did you see the Excel sheet I uploaded?  We may have done the same exercise in collecting the raw values, though I did also attempt to identify actors vs delegates and roles (per Peter's comments and the SOA-RA doc), and also took a first pass at suggesting some normalized terms, as well as some issues that come up in doing that.
