Ken and Nicole,

I am pleased to attach the Letter of Participation from BCBSA on the joint OMG/HL7 joint healthcare software services standardization work.  An signed original letter will follow through the US Mail.

Nicole, as discussed, the Participation Letter contains some requirements surrounding our permission for OMG/HL7's use of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association name in this press release.  I will send you separately the press release mark-up I'd mentioned.
