Subject: ITU Q 28/16- Roadmap

Dear all,

First of all, my best wishes for the 2006. I hope you have enjoyed Christimas time.

As you can see, the draft of a roadmap for telemedicine with you as expert has been stopped for a long time. After regular and pertinent meetings and talks, it has been decided to change the workflow.

From now on, every week, we are going to sent to the mail list the different chapters or sections of the draft so you can all check them and make your suggestion and contributions if you think it is necessary. You will have one week to make contributions, suggestions or ideas, and after that we will include all the information received in the roadmap during the following week and resend the chapter’s final version.

Unfortunately, due to the little cooperation received during last months in this roadmap, a “no response” will be taken as an agreement of what it is being done.

If at the end of this workflow, there still are chapters with no contribution at all, they will be eliminated from the roadmap even though they were suggested in a first stage.

Following, an image of the workflow we will follow so if there was something that there was not clear it may help:

Lucas Sanjuan (lusanvi@teleco.upv.es)  is the person who shall manage your doubts and integrate your contributions. Please, do not hesitate to contact him for any clarification.

Therefore, please find attached index and first chapter for your revision during this week till next 10th January.

Best regards,

Vicente Traver
