OASIS Interoperability Showcase @ RSA 2014

 

Below are a few final announcements and reminders.  Please be sure to review all the details and let us know if you have any questions.

Interop Participant Set-up:  OASIS Staff will be prepping the booth on Saturday and Sunday prior to RSA.  The space will be available for Interop participant set-up and testing on Monday, 24 February from 8:00-4:00 PM.  The exhibits will open later that evening for a special reception (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM).  Full week’s schedule is noted below.

Press Release: OASIS intends to issue a press release on 24 February announcing our demonstrations at RSA. A confidential draft was distributed to each group. Any suggested edits to the release should be discussed by the group and communicated via Tony Cox to Carol Geyer. The press release lists all the companies involved in each demo. In addition, each OASIS Sponsor-level member may provide a supporting quote (list of sponsors was sent out earlier).  Quotes should be sent directly to Carol Geyer by Wednesday, 19 February – carol.geyer@oasis-open.org.   A current list of RSA registered press is available. If you would like a copy of this list, please contact jane.harnad@oasis-open.org

Free Expo Passes:  Please continue to share our code with your customers and prospects and request they use it to register for a complimentary Exhibit Hall Only Pass using the code: EC4OASXS.  Deadline to redeem expo pass code is Friday, 21 February.

Booth Staff Registrations:  Attached is the final list of confirmed booth staff representatives. As a reminder: Each participating company will need to limit the amount of staff in the booth to no more than 2 per computer station, at any given time.

Booth Space–Final Layout and Seat Selections:  Attached is the final booth space layout with individual seat selections.

Equipment:  Each participating company is responsible for bringing their own company equipment to the event.  This includes a computer monitor, internet cables, and any other related company hardware.  Please be mindful that all equipment MUST fit within your workstation.  Also, to ensure a unified atmosphere we are asking each company to consider bringing a monitor no more than 24 inches in size.  

Booth Space Literature:  OASIS will provide copies of an Interop flyer, as well as a few other security-related materials.  In addition, each participating company is welcome to provide (1) piece of company literature in our designated literature racks. Additional company material may be distributed within your space.  We suggest companies prepare to bring between 200-300 copies of their materials.

Participant Identifiers:  Each participating booth staff member will receive an OASIS member ribbon and Interop Team pin. Both can be easily attached to the RSA badge holder.

 

Exposition Schedule:  Below is a complete list of show hours, including setup and dismantle times.
