The updated proposal includes the following changes:

1. To avoid confusion, changed the name of the operation from Query Version
to Discover Versions
2. State that the server SHOULD (instead of SHALL) return all the supported
protocol versions
3. Removed optional support for this operation in KMIP 1.0 servers
