First pass at sanitizing Usage Guide references

I made a pass at the references in the Usage Guide, V3.0 Rev 1.

 

Here’s a doc with the findings to date.

The first set is just a copy of the references from the doc.

The second set is seeing which references fail to resolve (if the dereference works, the reference is marked in strikethrough).

The third set contains the ones where we KNOW we now have issues with currency.

The fourth set is the set of MAYBE issues.

If this is helpful, then maybe a similar scrub could be performed on spec references. Or TC Admin might have tooling that would scale better for large numbers of references…
