Agenda for Las Vegas face-to-face meeting

Below please find the agenda for our face to face meeting in Las Vegas.  I solicit additional items for the agenda.

 

Given recent criticism of the way in which the TC has been operating, I believe it is appropriate to hold an election of officers in conjunction with the Las Vegas meeting.  Tom Clarke and I are willing to continue to serve as co-chairs.  However, I want to provide an opportunity for members to nominate others to serve in those positions during the conference call on Thursday.  If there are multiple candidates for any office, we will hold a formal vote using the OASIS KAVI process.

The meeting on Thursday will commence at 9:00 am and adjourn following the conference telephone call which will begin at 4:00pm.  The meeting on Friday will commence at 8:00 am and adjourn following the conference telephone call which will begin at 11:30 am.

 

The meetings will be held at the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, 333 Las Vegas Blvd.  The specific meeting room will be posted at the courthouse.
