Changes required to submitted documents

I have listed below changes that need to be made to the submitted documents. In addition to the changes below, please send an html version of this spec.

1. Remove the file extension from the footer (.doc). The footer should be ecf-v4.01-spec-cd01
2. Paths to the Previous Version and Latest Version are invalid. Need to supply the correct paths for these files.

4. Related Work - This link, OASIS LegalXML Electronic Court Filing 3.0, 3.01,3.1 and 4.0, goes to 3.0 only. Need to correct the link to 3.0, and then add links to 3.01, 3.1, and 4.0.
5. Declared XML Namespace(s): - These should not be hypertext links, need to unlink them.
6. This document must contain a Conformance section as the last chapter, immediately preceding the Appendices.
7. Normative References - need to change [Court Document] to the correct citation format, as shown in the following example:

The following changes need to be fixed in the .doc file although they show up as errors only in the .pdf file:

1. Technical Committee, Related Work, Declared XML Namespace(s)  - cannot click this link.
2. Status - In the .pdf file, the link, http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/legalxml-courtfiling/, does not resolve correctly. The .pdf file reads the link as: http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/legalxml-courtfiling/.For
