Kim, I’ve addresses the issues you identified in the ECF 4.01 core
spec and uploaded the revised version to Kavi. BTW, I noticed that versions 3.01 and 3.1 are still not published

the file extension from the footer (.doc). The footer should
be ecf-v4.01-spec-cd01 2.
Paths
to the Previous Version and Latest Version are
invalid. Need to supply the correct paths for these files. 3.

Change to http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/legalxml-courtfiling/. 4.
Related Work - This link, OASIS LegalXML Electronic Court Filing
3.0, 3.01,3.1 and 4.0, goes to 3.0 only. Need
to correct the link to 3.0, and then add links to 3.01, 3.1, and 4.0. 5.
Declared XML Namespace(s): - These should not be
hypertext links, need to unlink them. 6.
This
document must contain a Conformance section as the last
chapter, immediately preceding the Appendices. 7.
Normative References - need to change [Court Document] to the
