Subject: RE: [legalxml-courtfiling] Emailing: OASIS LegalXML Electronic Court Filing 4.0 Compliance Environment

Mary,

Good question. I personally have not heard any interest from the TC in advancing these specifications beyond Committee Draft but I suspect there may be interest in putting it out for public review. I'm CCing the rest of the TC to solicit their opinions on these options.

The LegalXML-CourtFiling TC has never progressed these documents past Committee Draft nor submitted for Public Review; it seems at first glance a bit out of place to create a test suite when the documents are still at their earliest stage. Will the TC be submitting the ECF 4.0 documents for public review and eventually voting to approve them as Committee Specifications and possibly submitting for OASIS Standard ballot?

Regards,

Mary
