Here are my responses.  In short:

 

• ItemAugmentation was not working as expected.  It’ll be fixed in WD20.
• You raise several questions we should discuss with the TC. Specifically:
  • Should nc:RoleOfPerson/nc:RoleOfOrganization/nc:RoleOfItem be mandatory in schema?
  • Do we need to express a preference for including a reference to a Person/Organization/Item rather than the Person/Organization/Item itself in certain cases?
