Attached is my review and response to the Filing ID and Message Id rewrite proposal. Also attached are a couple of other corrections that you may want to make prior to the publication of WD-31.

I have drafted a rewrite of ECF 5.0 sections 6.2.4 and 6.2.5 to hopefully improve readability.

 

I think it reflects the direction of the TC on the last call and most or all of the issues you’ve identified.
