Enrique – from what I could see in WS-Calendar … which I use for guidance I think it is fine to use UTC.  Sorry if I wasn’t clear about that.  Jim M

Regarding the UTC date times we discussed last meeting..  I had to go back and look at my notes to see which ones exactly we were concerned about.

And it’s the j:CourtEventSchedule element which has the nc:ScheduleDate, nc:ScheduleDayStartTime and nc:ScheduleDayEndTime.

I realize it’s NIEM and not ECF though..  But it’d be nice if we could express the start and end date/time in UTC.
