Toyota saved 14 million dollars since 1997 with their buy-side system.
The biggest improvement was tracking maintenance agreements with 
automatic rollover clauses.  This enabled Toyota to ensure that those
which were not working for the business were cancelled at the agreed
upon time.

60 to 80% of business-to-business deals are predicated on "some kind
of contract."

91% of multinational comrporations

65% of respondents used their own software.  38% of those using commercial
systems had to perform "extensive modifications."
