A question on the Notary Public's Commission Bond Number element
that John Jones had requested in the XSD:

1) Is this information that is expected to be carried in the
    e-notarized document itself?  If so,

	a) Is the bond number sufficient?
	b) Is the issuing company name, expiry date and amount
	   of the bond also required?
