Congratulations to the LegalXML eNotary TC; the ENML Committee
DRAFT can now go out for public review as soon as OASIS TC
Administration gets to it.

Mark, you will need to send a formal e-mail to Mary McRae to
that effect, with links to this closed ballot, the ENML
specification document and the schema zip file.  Hopefully,
she will be able to get the PR announcement out next week.
