This is an important "foundation" document for the ongoing XSTF work
regarding relationship (association) modeling as well as upcoming work to
better define roles.

I haven't included comments or the following GTRI document as this
information is a "moving target."  Updated documents will be posted as soon
as they are available.

Document Description:
This document was the result of a "tiger team" effort (chair: Scott Edson,
members: Scott Came, Winfield Wagner, Joe Mierwa) that focused on defining
the requirements for improving the way relationships are rendered in GJXDM.
