HI Mary and Committee,

I've sent the meeting minutes  from yesterday's meeting to the list and
to you, Mary.

I've made the changes to the footers and the title page on the spec,
changing it to a Public Review Draft and have attached it here. 

Mary -- please advise further on anything else that needs to be done. 

I was unsure as to how to post the minutes to the MatML TC area -- if
there's an area on the OASIS site with information on uploading docs and
etc. , please provide the link.
