OASIS News 1 July 2002 Welcome to OASIS News, a publication for the OASIS membership community providing updates on Consortium announcements, accomplishments and activities. OASIS News is published twice a month. ------------------------ CONSORTIUM ANNOUNCEMENTS ------------------------ The OASIS Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Patrick Gannon has accepted the position of President and CEO of our consortium. Patrick has been serving OASIS on an interim basis since August, and the Board is confident he has the skills to lead us in the exciting times ahead. The Board thanks everyone who assisted in its executive search process. ---------------- TC ANNOUNCEMENTS ---------------- The OASIS Controlled Trade Markup Language Technical Committee has been formed.
