[OASIS members] OASIS BoD elections are closed

OASIS Members,

We have reached quorum of members voting and we are past the voting
deadline, voting is closed.

Thanks to all that took the time to become knowledgeable about all 15
candidates and ensuring their organization's ballot was spent.

We are tabulating the votes and the tally will be confirmed by our
legal counsel.

The results will be publicly announced after tabulation, confirmation
and the candidates are notified.

Again, thank you to all that participated in this very important
decision making process.
