As you're probably aware, OASIS has been experiencing a great deal of 
growth over the past year, both in terms of membership and in the number 
of technical committees. In order for us to continue to provide an 
appropriate level of services to our expanding number of TCs we have 
created a new position, a Manager of Technical Development. Information
