Mail Server outage notification

OASIS members:
Due to a spike in spam directed at OASIS accounts and mailing lists, there was
a 15-minute mail server failure between 15:34:52 and 15:49:13 (US EST) on 17
March 2008. If you sent an email to an OASIS list or to an OASIS staff person
during that time, it is likely the message was never received and should be
resent. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
