Subject: OASIS Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Members

This year, the OASIS Annual General Meeting of Members will be held via webinar, allowing more members from around the world to attend with less impact on the environment and travel budgets. The AGM provides a members-only opportunity to review and respond to a report from the OASIS Board of Directors and executive management on the consortium's accomplishments, financial position, and vision for the future. Attendees will be able to ask questions and provide feedback through the webinar interface.

To accommodate as many time zones as possible, the AGM will be presented live twice. Members are welcome to dial in for whichever presentation best suits their schedules.

Following the event, a recording of the webinar will be available for download from the OASIS web site.

All OASIS members are strongly encouraged to attend this event. Webinar access details will be provided soon.
