Respondents will be entered in a drawing to win an OASIS aloha shirt or sweatshirt for themselves and their TC Chair(s). The survey will remain open through December and prize winners will be announced in January. http://svy.mk/OASIS-TC-satisfaction-2011 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Members propose Web Experience Management (WEMI) TC All interested parties are asked to review and comment on a draft charter to establish the OASIS Web Experience Management Interoperability (WEMI) Technical Committee. WEMI will work to define a simple domain model for WEM and an abstract feature set that will be commonly implemented by WCM/WEM systems. WEMI TC proposers include representatives of Adobe, Hippo, Jahia, Liferay, Magnolia, Nuxeo, OpenText, and SDL Tridion. David Nuescheler of Adobe serves as convener. The member comment period for this draft charter closes 12 Dec. http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/tc-announce/201111/msg00015.html ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Members propose LegalRuleML TC All interested parties are asked to review and comment on a draft charter to establish the OASIS LegalRuleML Technical Committee. LegalRuleML aims to produce a rule interchange language for the legal domain. This will enable modeling and reasoning so that implementers can structure, evaluate, and compare legal arguments constructed using rule representation tools. Monica Palmirani of the University of Bologna, Italy serves as convener. The member comment period for this draft charter closes 12 Dec. http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/tc-announce/201111/msg00014.html ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TGF public review begins Transformational Government Framework (TGF) is a practical "how to" standard for the design and implementation of an effective program of technology-enabled change at national, state or local government level. The TGF Pattern Language is a formalization of the Framework that is both human-readable and machine-tractable. The TGF Primer is intended to serve as an introduction to the Framework. He will address how OASIS Standards, SAML and XACML, can be implemented for authenticating and authorizing Information Sharing Environment (ISE) users. http://www.ise.gov/wis3 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Global eBusiness Interoperability Test Bed (GITB) Webinar Jacques Durand, Fujitsu, chair of the OASIS Test Assertions Guidelines TC will speak in the webinar, "Introduction to GITB in the Automotive Industry", Monday, 5 Dec. GITB is a global collaboration of European, North American, and Asian partners.
