Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Commented: (MQTT-28) Typo comments on 2.1.2.2 and 2.1.2.3 in WD04
[ http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/MQTT-28?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=33874#action_33874 ] Rahul Gupta commented on MQTT-28: --------------------------------- In WD-05 --------- 1) line 366 - This field indicates the level of assurance for delivery of a PUBLISH control packet. The QoS levels are shown in the table below. 2) line 374 - This flag is only used on PUBLISH control packet. line 376 - If 1, in a PUBLISH packet sent by a client to a server line 381 - If 0, in a PUBLISH packet sent by a client to a server 3) line 377 - has been delivered to the current subscribers whose subscriptions match the topic 4) line 385 - The server MUST set the RETAIN bit to 1 5) line 426 - For instance the server implementation might store a retained publication in volatile memory and thus lose the message if the server is restarted. > Typo comments on 2.1.2.2 and 2.1.2.3 in WD04 > -------------------------------------------- > > Key: MQTT-28 > URL: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/MQTT-28 > Project: OASIS Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) TC > Issue Type: Improvement > Components: edits > Reporter: Peter Niblett > Assignee: Rahul Gupta > Priority: Trivial > > 1. Section 2.1.2.2 (QoS) starts with the words " This flag". It's not really a flag as it is a 2 byte quantity. How about "This field.." ? > 2. There are three references to PUBLISH in 2.1.2.3. One of them is just "PUBLISH" while two are "MQTT PUBLISH". I think everyone knows that we are doing MQTT, so we don't need to call them "MQTT PUBLISH". > 3. Typo "whos" in line 321 > 4. Typo "REATAIN" in line 329 > 5. Typo "loose" instead of "lose" in line 336 -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira
