Members propose CAMP TC for cloud PaaS management

Members are asked to review and comment on a draft charter to establish the OASIS Cloud Application Management for Platforms (CAMP) Technical Committee. CAMP will advance an interoperable protocol that cloud implementers can use to package and deploy their applications. CAMP will define interfaces for self-service provisioning, monitoring, and control. The work will be based on REST. CAMP TC proposers include representatives of OASIS Sponsors, Cloudsoft, Oracle, Red Hat, Software AG, and others. Jeff Mischkinsky (Oracle) serves as convener. The member comment period for this draft charter ends 13 Sept.
