Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Commented: (OBIX-46) Line 1692 - Format values

    [ http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OBIX-46?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=34814#action_34814 ]

Craig Gemmill commented on OBIX-46:

The intent here is that the server can provide the data in an entirely out-of-band format from oBIX. The uri provided in dataRef is NOT an obix uri. I could emphasize this by including obix in the href of the initial query, and NOT including obix in the request for the data itself.

> -------------------------
> Key: OBIX-46
> URL: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OBIX-46
> Project: OASIS Open Building Information Exchange (oBIX) TC
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: OBIX 1.1 Specification
> Affects Versions: oBIX 1.1 PR01
> Environment: Toby Considine
> Reporter: Toby Considine
> Assignee: Craig Gemmill
> The example in line 1692 indicates text/csv as a named value. Are there others? The value is apparently using a mime-type. Are other mime-types supported? Which ones?
