Subject: Odata Version 4.01: Contradictory/Unclear definition for Precision of DateTimeOffsets

For Precision of DateTimeOffsets it states "If no value is specified, the temporal property has a precision of zero." Here: http://docs.oasis-open.org/odata/odata/v4.01/csprd01/part3-csdl/odata-v4.01-csprd01-part3-csdl.html#_Toc469935984

At the same time it states "Absence of $Precision means arbitrary precision." here: http://docs.oasis-open.org/odata/odata-csdl-json/v4.01/odata-csdl-json-v4.01.html#_Toc38466418

These two statements contradict each other. I assume that the 2nd statement only applies to numeric values. If so this needs to be clarified in the specification.
