HasStream already is in the CSDL namespace, as is IsDefaultEntityContainer.

The only remaining thing in the metadata namespace is DataServiceVersion for the DataServices element in the edmx namespace. As we still have to define the schema for the edmx namespace, we can make this a "normal" attribute of DataServices without the need for an "extension" namespace.
