Getting Apache to recognize ODF mimetypes.

Hello,

We've filed a bug report at Apache asking Apache to recognize 
OpenDocument mimetypes. Now that ODF mimetypes are registered with IANA 
Apache will likely include them.

The purpose of this is that when a user clicks on an ODF link from a 
website the server tells the browser that this is an ODF file. Apache is 
the dominant web server with about 70% market share.
