It contains quite a few chapters on ODF and accessibility tools, a business case checklist, and some hints on migrating to ODF. It's written in Dutch, since it was sponsored by the Dutch department of Economic Affairs. Now, the Belgian authorities might be interested in sponsoring a French translation, but it would be nice if some company or government could provide the funding for a German, English...edition. Any suggestions on whom to contact / who might be interested ? Thanks.
