Subject: RE: [odf-adoption] ODF Adoption TC Call - 27 May 2008 - Agenda

Hi everyone,

Erwin, I wish you every success in your new venture, but we will miss you!
Hopefully our paths will cross in the future.

As far as electing a new co-chair, since there is a chair in place this isn't
a problem. Don will ask for nominations. If there is only one candidate put
forth, the vote can be by unanimous consent during a quorate call. If there is
more than one candidate, one candidate must receive positive votes from more
than 50% of the total voting membership (simple majority of a quorate meeting
does not meet this bar).

Regards,

Mary
