:-) No. The only reason for the page breaks is for a blind student to
be able to relate to a sighted student or teachers demand to 'turn to page 53'
which, of course, relates to the print page. Not the braille, not the audio.

Neither braille or audio respect print page line breaks. Strange, but true!
