Clarification on 3 drawing shapes

dr3d:sphere and dr3d:cube are styles for dr3d:scene so, only scene is a true 3D drawing object for which we need to supply a name.

The missing name attribute in schema for drawing primitives (does not include dr3d:scene:

The name attribute is stored in the common-draw-name-attlist which is stored in common-draw-shape-with-styles-attlist which is stored in common-draw-shape-with-text-and-styles-attlist whic is included in
all the drawing primitives <draw:g>, <draw:line>, etc.
