Subject: RE: [office-accessibility] FW: odf recordings
I contacted Lou Lipschultz; he agreed that the quality was less then it's usual quality. I suspect that the video web cast audio is better because TV world wide was able to plug directly into the sounds system. Lou was not able to. I've contacted Dave Gardy about the video situation. We have been playing phone tag for 2 weeks. I'll see if I can get both source files from him. -Mike -----Original Message----- From: Peter Korn [mailto:Peter.Korn@Sun.COM] Sent: Monday, April 17, 2006 9:46 PM To: mpaciello@paciellogroup.com Cc: 'Janina Sajka'; office-accessibility@lists.oasis-open.org Subject: Re: [office-accessibility] FW: odf recordings Hi Mike, I just checked both the .ogg and .mp3 editions of the Orca intro session. Both had the poor audio quality that Janina described. These folks captured audio separately from the video folks, right? I was able to sample some of the ODF talk video, and the audio of that was fine. Any progress on getting access to the raw video yet? Extracting audio from that may be an option...
