Suggest mapped by the authoring tool to a platform accessibility API
I.e. insert 'a' prior to platform.


Section 1.0
para 1. Says ... where instructors tell students in class to turn to a
specific page.
Is 'in class' redundant/



Section 2.0 para 2.
Says Declarative markup essential
Suggest insert 'is' prior to essential.

Section 8.2.2 has a reference to section 8.2.2
Is this wrong (self referential).

Section 3.0 para 2

says This optional attribute gets specified.
Suggest 'attribute should only be specified'.
