Fair enough.
I still ask, should interop be objectively testable?
Should any user be comfortable with his/her implementation
because there is a good test suite that clearly shows
that implementation X passes these, fails that, doesn't implement the
other tests?

The prime goal of the Intel work seems to take quite
a different view from this.
