Text content changed events for ODF AccSC action item for dynamic updates

Hiro, Regarding this ODF AccSC work
item:

d. Hiro to provide wording in the to
address dynamic, asynchronous 
updates There are several topics in
the specs related to asynchronous 
automatic update of contents or values.
Automatic updates should be 
carefully presented to assistive technologies
through accessibility 
APIs. Documents are becoming more dynamic-
async updates - some 
examples: linked tables, database ranges,
scritping, text sections, DDE 
connections.

Rich asked me to send you a list of
"content changed" events:

IA2_EVENT_DOCUMENT_CONTENT_CHANGED  
      The contents of the document have changed.
IA2_EVENT_TEXT_UPDATED    
    This event indicates general text changes, i.e. changes
to text that are exposed through the IAccessibleText interface.

and perhaps the MSAA event EVENT_OBJECT_VALUECHANGE.
