Hi Mingfei, the z-order is only manipulated and explicitly stored in ODF when needed (when user changed it after creating the objects). For logical navigation order the "draw:nav-order" is used, which can be manipulated via Drag&Drop in the navigator. (Unfortunately the Navigator will only show you objects which have a name assigned - a restriction which I don't like very much).
