Missing OWL document

Dear Technical Committee,

I'm looking into the ontology description mentioned in 
OpenDocument-v1.2-part3-cd01.odt.

The file located here: 
http://docs.oasis-open.org/office/v1.2/part3/cd01/OpenDocument-package-metadata-v1.2-cd1.owl 
imports another OWL document:

<owl:imports 
rdf:resource="http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/office/1.2/meta/pkg#"; />

BUT this document doesn't exist at the URL, and I can't find it. Could 
someone please post it or send it to me?

PS: The link in appendix B of the OpenDocument-v1.2-part3-cd01.odt is 
broken.
