No; vice versa.

Right, OK. So kind of like smart keywords. E.g. a keyword could now be 
a full resource.

I'm not exactly sure of the precise use case I have in mind, but was 
just thinking that in some cases you might want to be able to add stuff 
(tooltip information, the ability to click for further info, etc.) to a 
chunk of content that itself might be generated based on some sort of 
pattern (a la smart tags).
