Acceptance of Minutes of the January, the 6th meeting
------------------------------------------------------
- The attending TC members unanimously accepted the minutes.

Action Items
------------
- Michael Brauer: Clarify details of Face-to-Face meeting.
   - It turned out that February the 17th is a public holiday in
the US. For this reason the attending TC unanimously agreed to
move the meeting to February, the 18th/19th, but to give the non
attending TC members 24 hours to raise their concerns.
   - The meeting might take place either in Santa Clara or in Menlo
Park, that are about 20 miles apart.
- Uche Ogbuji: Prepare examples of mixed content models that can be
   expressed best by Relax-NG schemes.
   - in progress

Establish details to create an Open Office XML format specification
based on the OpenOffice.org XML specification
-------------------------------------------------------------------
The TC agreed that the technical details regarding editing the
specification document are clarified by the TC's editors, that is for
instance the format of the specification or its location. The editors
will prepare a proposal for this.

The TC also discussed whether it goes along the specification document
or the DTD (or Relax-NG) files when working on the file format. The TC
unanimously decided to work through the DTDs (or Relax-NG) schemes. The
reason is that it easier to verify the completeness of the specification
against the DTD/schema than vice versa.

To get an understanding whether a Relax-NG schema has to be created
manually or can be created automatically and whether the TC will work
actually through the DTD or through a Relax-NG schema, Daniel will do an
automatic conversion of the DTDs using James' Clark's DTDInst.

To work through the DTD/Schema, it seems to be required to divide it
into conceptual packages, like tables, lists, paragraphs etc. Daniel
will create a proposal for such packages.

The TC identified the requirement to have a project plan. Michael Brauer
will make a proposal for this.

New Action Items
----------------
- Daniel Vogelheim/Michael Brauer: Clarify technical details about
editing the specification.
- Daniel Vogelheim: Convert OpenOffice.org DTD into Relax-NG schema
using DTDInst and make result available to the TC.
- Daniel Vogelheim: Create proposal for conceptual packages in the
DTD/schema.
- Michael Brauer: Create proposal for a project plan.
