I agree, naming the allowed data types is clearer than naming the ones
that are not allowed. I've added an "also" in the reference to section
6.7.1 because we don't have a reference to the field data types now. The
paragraph reads now:

An optional meta:type attribute, which identifies the type of the
metadata element. The allowed meta types are float, date, time, boolean
and string (see also section 6.7.1).
