Hi Florian,

the way I understood the updated proposal is that it introduces a 
text:id attribute, but not a text:list-id attribute. The text:id 
attribute is not related to the text:list-id, but is simply used to 
identify the list that should be continued.

Your guesses therefore do not apply.
