Wrt. to the post-increment algorithm problem. This comes only into play when dealing with list-override.

No, I never made such a general claim, my statement is being taken out of context :)

I merely stated that I saw no evidence of a "post increment" algorithm in my tests
[which were long ago, and with binary .doc files, not with docx files]
