Samples are worked on, and specification proposal is checked against them.

A discussion about the overall structure of the document is ongoing, in 
particular whether the test cases shall be removed from the specification.
The idea of an annotated specification was discussed, as well as 
technical aspects of having two specification documents.
It was stated that removing the test cases may requires a rewrite of 
some descriptive texts. For the case that the SC decides to remove the 
test cases, volunteers are welcome for the rewrite of the specification.

Bruce mentioned that the bibliography proposals may become part of the 
metadata proposals.
Michael asked the TC members to review the open proposals so that the TC 
may vote on them next week.
