Dear TC members, SC members: Thank you very much for the new draft. I have set the ballot on the agenda of TC meeting on Monday. Rich Schwerdtfeger will join us for the topic. Since he is available only in the 2nd half of the call, I will call the topic when, although I have listed it as the first item.
