ODF 1.2 specification draft 7 - element <text:outline-style>

Dear TC members,

I have recently notice that an important information about 
<text:outline-style> is missing in our ODF 1.2 specification draft.

Please have a look at sub chapter "14.11 Outline Style" in ODF 1.1 - 
here it says:

The outline style is a list style that is applied to all headings within 
a text document where the heading's paragraph style does not define a 
list style to use itself.
...
</quote>
This information is completely missing in our ODF 1.2 specification 
draft 7, sub chapter "15.21 <text:outline-style>" and needs to be 
re-integrated.

Probably somebody else already notice it. I have to admit that I did not 
scan all of the already made comments to our ODF 1.2 specification draft.
