Oliver,

I think this was mentioned elsewhere but I have added the language you 
suggest.

I take it that it is presumed that an application will supply such a 
style in the absence of it being defined?

Is there some default styling information that should be mentioned as 
the "usual" formatting that applications should supply as the expected 
defaults?
