Subject: Which W3C recommendation on XSL does ODF 1.2 refer?

Dear TC members,

I'd like to ask for a clarification for me as a newbie here.

At '18.175.2 fo:border' ff. I find references like "See §7.29.3 of
[XSL]." In the latest W3C recommendation of 'Extensible Stylesheet
Language (XSL) Version 1.1' <http://www.w3.org/TR/xsl/> the formatting
property 'border' is specified in §7.31.3, §7.29.3 seems to refer to
'Extensible Stylesheet Language (XSL) Version 1.0'
<http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/REC-xsl-20011015/>. Is this intended?

Best regards,
